Packing the Display
Target requires displays to have the L-Brackets assembled before arriving in stores. They are fragile and the display is heavy. How do we ship it without damaging the product or the display?

Shelf Filler
This component fits in-between each pair of tins. This prevents them from moving side to side, up and down, or out the front of the shelf.
Shipping Filler
The L-Brackets would snap under the weight of the loaded display. This double roll up "floats" the main structure and allows the brackets to slide inside and be protected.
Pulling display from the shipper can be difficult. A notch in the center overlap allows workers to pull it from its box easily
Solution
This is the white sample. The corrugated holds 35 lbs of product and showcases the company's graphics while protecting the product in transit. The company also plans to refill this display as product is purchased throughout the season.
